Online Registration of Clearing Agents

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Please be informed that with effect from 1 st Dec, 2021, all EXISTING AGENCIES’ application/request will only be processed electronically except for registration of New agencies.

You are therefore advised to immediately register your company/agency online following the below steps:

  • Visit

  • Click on company Registration/Renewal

  • Click on Register

  • Enter the required details and upload coloured copy of your renewal letter on Agency’s letter head and NCS Form c30

  • . Insert the Captcha and click Register

  • Your login credentials will be automatically sent to your registered email.

If registration is approved, you will have access to all active cards and can apply for new cards, renewal or block cards. If declined, you have to re-apply with the upload of the correct documents.

Also be informed that Agents with defaced access cards are expected to reprint their cards free of all charges – applicable to only online registered Companies.
